This hotel is conveniently located on the harbor north of central Bilbao in a resort community. It offers a breathtaking view of the bay from the large balconies in the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plush shower rooms. The breakfast is delicious and there are great dining options in the on-site restaurant. The hotel's garden is a relaxing place to unwind.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the waterfront in a beautiful resort community just north of central Bilbao. The hotel itself is surrounded by lush gardens, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. We loved sitting outside with a drink, taking in the stunning views of the harbor.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, guiding us around the town and providing tourist maps. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable and spacious rooms that had beautiful garden views. The breakfast provided was excellent and we also enjoyed two delicious meals in the hotel restaurant. The location was superb, right on the seafront promenade, with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff spoke good English, making communication easy and enjoyable.
